AWARDS AND HONORS

· Received a commission from Channel 5 to create and direct an animated film about Kwansa using students work.
· “Most Creative Program of Integrated Arts” Award from the National Endowment for the Arts
· Was chosen to work in conjunction with the Brandeis University faculty to learn film making skills and techniques.
· Awarded a fully paid six month sabbatical to go to Europe, where by chance I discovered icons and the work of Adolf Wolfie, Gustave Moreau, Morandi, and Giotto; during this time, I also studied at the Paul Klee Institute.
